160,712 active users
This figure shows how much the service is used, and the rules are arranged accordingly
Scheduled Maintenance
Maintenance is usually announced in advance; BK99 App, BK99 APK, and Login section may be temporarily limited
During this time, once the update finishes the service returns to normal; when accessed from Dhaka you see as above, and the same message appears in other parts of the country
- A small window is usually kept
- Advance notice is shown on the Help page
- Upon return, the session may need to be renewed
Unexpected disconnections and limits
During high traffic, device faults, or external network problems, service may stop; delays accessing BK99 App are not unusual
If this happens, open the BK99 Contact page and send a message; if needed, follow the small steps in BK99 Help and try BK99 Register or BK99 Login again
If any part does not load, clear cache and try again; often that is enough
There is no guarantee of uninterrupted service
This service agreement states that 100% access at all times is not guaranteed; interruptions due to technical work, security checks, or policy changes may occur
Therefore, users must keep their own information, passwords, and devices secure; the same caution applies to every transaction related to bKash, Nagad, or Rocket

BK99 features designed for use in Bangladesh are readily available within the country, but the same experience may not be available everywhere
